One of my favourite dish is actually from Holt Café on Bay & Bloor. One thing to know before going to eat here is NOT to have such a high expectation for their food. I for some reason did, I mean, it is part of 'Holt Renfrew' after all… so I was [extremely] disappointed…
There is ONE dish though, I can recommend and I do go back to eat this (only).
It's called Beef briskets with baby onions and mashed potatoes; and it is delicious - don't forget to order their iced tea because it is daily brewed and you can sweeten it on your own with the syrup provided.
Amazing!
